Nick Papadakes is the PGA head professional at the Onwentsia Club in Lake Forest, Illinois.

“This is my first season at Onwentsia Club having been the head professional at the Old Elm Club in Highland Park, IL for the past eight years. In fact, I think we won the first display contest a few years ago while I was there. Prior to Old Elm I was an assistant professional at Conway Farms Golf Club here in Lake Forest for five years. I moved to Conway Farms from Sawgrass Country Club where I worked for seven years. I always look forward to this contest because I get to use a lot of props that I have collected in several years of travelling to Scotland. As a member of Royal Dornoch Golf Club, I have a lot of fun things to use on the display. The display offers us the opportunity to share a lot of great stories and memories of the home of Donald Ross. Those stories serve as a great way to introduce and discuss the Donald Ross product to our members and guests.”
